The December 2025 edition of the FIDELIS government bonds program had remarkable success, attracting subscriptions of nearly 1.5 billion lei. Investors placed 12,724 orders, with a total value of 464.70 million lei and 201.50 million euros. The Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, emphasized that 2025 was the best year in the program's history, with a total amount of over 21.1 billion lei invested.
In this edition, the tranche dedicated to blood donors raised 70.1 million lei, and the standard maturities in lei and euros showed an increased preference for long-term investments. The most popular maturity was the 10-year one in euros, with subscriptions of 115.33 million euros. Since the launch of the program, total investments have exceeded 62.12 billion lei, and the contributions of donor-investors have supported both state financing and the medical system.
