The trade unions in Education, FSLI and FSE 'SPIRU HARET', accuse the Ministry of Education of blocking the payment of salary rights established by final court rulings.

According to them, the amounts for April 2026 are abusively delayed in cases exceeding 10,000 lei, without a legal basis, contrary to the decisions of the courts. The unionists emphasize that this measure is unacceptable and represents a deliberate violation of the rights of employees in education. They believe that the non-execution of court rulings creates a dangerous precedent, affecting trust in public institutions and the principles of the rule of law. The federations demand that the Ministry of Education urgently order the full payment of the outstanding amounts and threaten legal and union actions to ensure the enforcement of these obligations and to stop abusive practices.
