The project, which will be discussed in the General Council, targets drivers who transit through Bucharest, those who come occasionally, or residents who register their cars in other counties for lower costs. The proposed fees range from 3.5 euros for one day to 50 euros for 12 months, encouraging the use of park & ride facilities and public transport. It is also expected that the bidding for personalized license plates will take place.
