The National Bank of Romania has launched a silver coin dedicated to the centenary of Toma Caragiu's birth, with a maximum mintage of 5,000 pieces. The obverse features elements of theatrical art and inscriptions, while the reverse depicts the actor's portrait. The coins are packaged in methacrylate capsules and come with presentation brochures and certificates of authenticity. The selling price is 620 lei, and the coin has legal tender status in Romania. The coins are available at BNR branches in several cities.
