On October 30, 2025, the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) published a new list of 425 approved eco-labels under the Rabla Program for individuals, totaling 6,510,000 lei.

The president of AFM, Florin Bănică, emphasized the importance of this program for renewing the car fleet and reducing pollution, mentioning that funds are being redirected towards vehicles with traditional and hybrid engines, considering the increased demand.

Applicants have 60 days to destroy and deregister the old vehicle, and registrations for the purchase of new vehicles will be open between November 6 and December 15, 2025. The list of approved files is available on the AFM website.
