The Board of Directors of TAROM has been reduced from 7 to 5 members, in line with the Government's strategy to streamline the management of state-owned companies and reduce expenses.

Two members of the council, Mihăiță Ursu and Costin Ionuț Iordache, have resigned from their mandate, according to a decision of the AGA from November 24, 2025. The new Board will be composed of Iulian-Daniel Idolu, Iuliana-Cristina Bârcă, Anca-Daniela Boagiu, Monica Săsărman, and Mirel Alexandru Marcu, in the context in which the company has recently transitioned from losses to profit.
