The investigation was initiated following a report, and police discovered injectable substances, medications, and medical equipment in the young woman's makeshift 'office.' She attracted clients through posts on social media, where she presented herself as a successful woman, taking advantage of the fact that her mother works in the field. The case has raised concerns, coming shortly after the death of a 45-year-old woman who entered a state of brain death after a facelift performed at a clinic in Bucharest. The College of Physicians and the Ministry of Health have initiated checks following these incidents. Romania is among the countries with the highest number of aesthetic procedures per capita, with the most common being breast augmentation, lip enhancement, and rhinoplasty.
