The Rector of SNSPA has asked the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate possible criminal offenses related to Professor Marius Pieleanu, following a press article.

The Rector of SNSPA, Remus Pricopie, has officially asked the Public Prosecutor's Office of the High Court of Cassation and Justice to investigate the allegations of abuse made against Professor Marius Pieleanu, following an article published on snoop.ro. SNSPA has also forwarded the file to the Ethics Commission, which previously closed the case due to lack of evidence. The university reaffirms its commitment to transparency and accountability, working with the authorities to clarify any suspicions about the integrity of its teaching staff.
