A road accident that occurred on DN 6, between the localities of Cornea and Domașnea, resulted in the death of three people in a minibus, while the driver of the truck involved was transported to the hospital for medical care.

The road accident occurred on DN 6, between the localities of Cornea and Domașnea, involving a truck and a cargo minibus.

At the scene, firefighters from the Caransebeș Detachment and the Băile Herculane Work Point quickly intervened, bringing a fire truck with a rescue module, a rescue vehicle, a SMURD ambulance, and two ambulances from the County Ambulance Service. Additionally, a SMURD helicopter from the Caransebeș Air Medical Point was requested. Unfortunately, following the accident, three people from the minibus were found deceased. The truck driver received medical care at the scene and was transported to the hospital. The police have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
