Serious accident on A1: Five injured after the collision of a minibus with a car

A serious road accident occurred on the A1 highway, in the direction from Arad to Timișoara, involving a minibus with 10 people and a car. The head-on collision resulted in injuries to five people, who were transported to the emergency reception unit of the hospital in Timișoara, where they remained hospitalized with multiple fractures.

At the scene, ambulance crews provided medical care to another six people who needed assistance. The police have opened a criminal case for bodily harm due to negligence and are investigating the circumstances of the accident to establish liability.
