A BMW and a taxi collided at the intersection of Calea Victoriei and Sevastopol Street in Bucharest. The driver of the BMW, aged 29, had consumed alcohol before getting behind the wheel and had a blood alcohol level of 0.53 mg/l pure alcohol in the exhaled breath. Traffic in the area was affected and the driver was taken to the INML for biological samples.
