This year, September has become a popular month for vacations, with prices up to 15% lower compared to the summer season. Romanians are opting for longer stays, with an average duration of 8 days and flight tickets at affordable prices, around 135 euros. This change reflects a growing preference for city breaks and less crowded destinations. Additionally, vacation bookings have increased by 11% compared to last year, and the most sought-after destinations remain in Europe.
