Border police in Botoșani discovered in two minibuses with trailers, registered in Ukraine, perfumes, clothing items, and suspected counterfeit cigarettes, valued at over 43,000 lei. In the second minibus, nearly 4,600 cosmetic products were found, including gel nail polish, serums, and accessories for UV lamps, which were handed over to the customs authorities. The drivers were sanctioned, and one of them is subject to a criminal case for circulating counterfeit products.
