A school minibus driver from Olt has been sentenced to 3 years suspended imprisonment for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

The man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old schoolgirl between July 2018 and March 2019, taking advantage of her underage status. After admitting the facts, he entered into a plea agreement and was sentenced to 3 years' imprisonment suspended. The court set a supervision term of 4 years and the defendant is prohibited from approaching the victim.
