Daniel David said that the 2025-2026 scholarship fund will be larger than the 2022-2023 fund, but will not compare to previous increases. He stressed that the changes are temporary until the country's finances stabilize. He also noted that merit scholarships will be limited to 15% of a class with a minimum grade of 9. David criticized the current mechanisms in education, saying the aim is to improve the system, not destroy education.
