The attack took place in the Odessa region of southern Ukraine, damaging a grain facility and buildings at the Orlivka (Isaccea) border crossing with Romania and disrupting power supplies to thousands of people in the northern Sumî region. The Ukrainian air force said it had destroyed 11 of 32 Russian attack drones.
