Rompetrol Rafinare has signed an amendment to the syndicated loan agreement for the adjustment of financial margins, having a loan of 551.8 million dollars.

The amendment signed on September 18, 2025, under the coordination of BCR, aims to adjust the margins for Facilities A and B of the credit, setting the amount at 551.8 million dollars, with the option to increase up to 600 million dollars. It also involves collaboration with KMG International, highlighting the group's support for Rompetrol Rafinare. The modification serves to provide the company with flexibility in support of investment plans, in the context of the volatility of the energy market.
