According to the study "eCommerce X-Ray 2025", most Romanians prefer to get product and service recommendations online from family and friends, with 76% choosing this option. In contrast, only 16% trust artificial intelligence, and influencers are considered trustworthy by only 6% of respondents. Although influencers do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, 58.3% of Romanians have purchased products promoted on social media, demonstrating their influence on consumer behavior.
