The NATO Ammunition Center of Excellence in Dragomirești will produce ammunition compatible with NATO standards, including for Abrams tanks and K9 systems. This represents a strategic investment of 220 million dollars, following an agreement with the US. Bogdan Ivan underlined the importance of developing production capacities in Romania, aiming for a 300% budget increase by 2025. The projects include factories for powders and drones, with the aim of making Romania a net exporter on the international market.
