The Dutch authorities have started the procedures to transfer €5.7 million to the account of the National Museum of History as compensation for the stolen Dacian helmet and 3 gold bracelets. The money will be transferred to a special account managed by the Ministry of Finance. If the stolen goods are recovered, Romania will be obliged to reimburse the amount received, and in the case of restoration, the compensation will be partially returned. The investigation continues, with 7 suspects identified, but no results so far.
