The Mayor of Sector 3, Robert Negoiță, published on Facebook a toxicological analysis report showing that no banned substances were detected in his biological samples. This comes after an incident on February 12, when he was rapidly tested for drugs by activist Marian Moroșanu, with the result apparently being positive for cocaine.

Negoiță rejected the allegations of drug use and requested an official analysis at the National Institute of Legal Medicine. Specialists mentioned that rapid tests can generate false positive results, with only laboratory analyses being conclusive. The report published by Negoiță confirms that he did not consume drugs, including cocaine, and emphasizes that the results were negative for all tested substances.
