A road accident occurred on DN 17, within the locality of Ilișești. Three vehicles were involved in the collision, resulting in six victims, including three children.

On November 29, a serious road accident occurred on national road 17, in the Ilișești area, involving three cars. As a result of the collision, six people were injured, including three minors, all of whom were assessed by the medical teams that arrived at the scene. The six victims were in two of the vehicles involved, while the third vehicle was driven by a driver who did not require medical attention.

The intervention involved military firefighters from the Suceava Detachment, who brought equipment for extrication, as well as several SMURD and SAJ ambulances. Traffic on DN 17 was completely blocked in both directions following the accident. Corporal Silviu Horobeț, a firefighter and paramedic, also intervened, providing assistance in his free time.
