Lăcrămioara Axinte, a retired judge, has submitted a request to the Botoșani Tribunal to obtain information about President Nicușor Dan's studies at the University of Bucharest. Axinte wants to find out if Dan was a student at the Faculty of Mathematics between 1989 and 1992 and if he graduated from this program.

In her request, she asks for a copy of the transcript and the bachelor's diploma of the president, invoking the public's right to know the truth about his studies. Axinte mentioned discrepancies between the information available on Dan's electoral campaign website and his CV on the Chamber of Deputies' website, emphasizing that during the same period he was also a student in France. She worked in the judicial system until 2022 and was involved in various legal actions, including the operation 'Round 2 Back'.
