The driver of the pleasure craft involved in the July 28 accident that killed four people has been remanded in custody after a prosecutors' appeal. He, a military officer in Sulina, was charged with manslaughter for ignoring navigation rules, carrying more people than allowed and sailing in bad weather. The accident happened in Musura Bay and the rescue intervention involved several crews and locals.
