On Tuesday, December 16, a new registration session opens for the 2025 Auto Rabla Program for individuals who have not registered previously, according to the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM). Registrations will take place until December 31, 2025, at 23:59, or until the available funds are exhausted. The budget for new registrations comes from rejected files and from reserved amounts that were not completed according to the funding guide. The value of the eco-vouchers will be automatically reserved upon completion of the registration, and the applicant must complete the necessary information within 10 days. In the first session, 80% of the budget was quickly consumed, and now an additional budget of 55 million lei is allocated for new vehicles with thermal and hybrid engines.
