Răzvan Szilagyi, former CEO of Raiffeisen Asset Management, has been recruited by the Bucharest Stock Exchange to take on the role of deputy financial director. With solid experience in capital markets, he will prioritize strengthening operational excellence and enhancing relationships with investors. Additionally, Szilagyi has held various positions in the financial sector and is an associate professor at FABIZ. BVB shares have decreased by 3.4% in 2023, valuing the company at 350 million lei.
