Snoop.ro revealed that Mihai Weber, PSD deputy, drives a Mercedes AMG GLE 53, purchased by a company from Gorj with modest profit. Weber, a shareholder of the company, explained that the car is on lease and avoided details about ownership. Former Finance Minister, Marcel Boloș, criticized the practice of purchasing luxury goods through companies, considering it a national phenomenon that harms the state budget. Weber refused to provide clear information about the car, which does not appear in his wealth declaration.
