The National Union of Public Finance SindFISC will organize a protest on Wednesday, between 16:30 and 17:30, in front of the ANAF and DGAF headquarters, to contest the draft of the new salary law, which they consider "deeply disadvantageous" for employees in the field. The unionists are demanding a distinct salary scale, emphasizing the importance of ANAF's role in the functioning of the state.

They argue that ANAF is essential for generating the financial flow necessary for public services and that its employees deserve a different salary regime. The protest will not affect taxpayers' activities, taking place outside of working hours. SindFISC has warned that if their demands are not addressed, they will consider initiating a collective labor conflict. Additionally, the union has received support from EUROFEDOP, which recognizes the financial importance of employees in Romania.
