Approximately 2,000 people have gathered so far in Victory Square, where the protest organized by the groups "Romania is under siege", "Corruption kills", "Resistance", "Initiative Romania", "Our Association" and Declic continues. The demonstration started at 7:00 PM and is scheduled to end at 11:00 PM.

The organizers have communicated on social media that "Romania is under siege" and have called on citizens to take to the streets to protest against what they consider to be blockages and problems of the political system.

According to messages published by the organizers, the protest was also convened in the context of recent developments in the public space, including the decisions of the Ilfov Tribunal regarding measures adopted within the PNL. The organizers also cited information regarding a supposed corruption case involving Ciprian Ciucu and the decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice regarding the case involving Dominic Fritz.
