On Friday, the General Prosecutor's Office announced the hearing of 18 defendants, of whom 3 are under pre-trial arrest, 11 under house arrest and 4 under judicial control. These hearings are linked to the February raids targeting close associates of Călin Georgescu, including Horațiu Potra, where weapons and large sums of money were discovered. The offenses under investigation include attempted actions against the constitutional order and failure to comply with the arms regime. Investigators are seeking to document criminal activities and links between suspects.
