The project aims to amend the Law on pre-university education no. 198/2023, introducing the possibility for graduates who have passed the Baccalaureate to take the second examination to increase their grade in at least one of the tests. The result of the re-exam cannot lead to a decrease of the previous grade, and in case of an increase, the student is issued a new Baccalaureat diploma with the grade obtained.
