The procedures for the 2024 APIA subsidies are about to start, and the IPA Online application should be open for farmers' access from February 25. The exact start date for the submission of applications is not known at the moment, but APIA director general Ionuț Lupu said that efforts are being made to make the application available to farmers as early as February 25.
