During an official visit to Brussels, Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu discussed with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen his country's priorities. These included speeding up the absorption of funds allocated under the NRRP, reducing the budget deficit without increasing VAT, focusing on digitalization and tax collection, and ensuring election security by combating disinformation and cyber threats.
