Among the terms used are phrases such as 'hysterical unmarried mother' and 'sluts'.

The priest rejected the accusations, stating that his statements were a 'spiritual reprimand' and that he did not intend to discriminate. However, the CNCD concluded that the language used exceeded the limits of freedom of expression. The decision was adopted on July 2, 2025, and officially communicated on February 3, 2026, and the priest has the right to contest the decision in court within 15 days.
