The Prahova Court will decide whether to reopen criminal proceedings against former ISU chiefs accused of favoring the Dacilor Farm complex.

The case, initially closed, was brought back to court after the Dacian Farm tragedy. Recently, the court postponed its decision to prepare a plea, suggesting a tense atmosphere surrounding the case. An official from Gura Vadului City Hall was also detained in the case on charges of forgery.
