A policeman from Băicoi tested positive for drugs after taking Ibuprofen. IPJ Prahova's investigation established that the result was influenced by a machine error

An off-duty policeman from Băicoi decided to test himself with a DrugTest machine after noticing an error in the device. The test came back positive after he had consumed ibuprofen the night before. After going to a medical facility for biological samples, the result was negative. IPJ Prahova announced the opening of an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and sent the machine for further checks.
