Police special vehicle stopped in traffic after allegedly exceeding the legal speed limit. IPJ Galați has initiated checks.

A police vehicle was stopped by a crew from the Traffic Police in the municipality of Galați, being suspected of exceeding the legal speed limit.

The Galați County Police Inspectorate has initiated checks to establish the circumstances of the incident and the actions of the personnel involved. According to initial information, the police officers in the vehicle had previously responded to an emergency call 112 in the locality of Frumușica and were heading to the subunit's headquarters to finalize the documents related to the intervention.

The leadership of the Galați County Police has emphasized that, depending on the conclusions of the checks, the necessary legal and administrative measures will be applied.
