The Ploiești Court of Ploiești has granted Elena Udrea's request for conditional release, taking into account the execution of a significant part of her sentence and the progress in her re-education. The court considered that Udrea has realized the seriousness of her offenses and has behaved positively in detention, engaging in work and educational activities. Also, her constant contact with her family and the possibility of carrying out legal activities after her release were favorable factors. The court concluded that the release would not jeopardize public order.
