Cezar Avrămuță, known as "The Dacian Banner Bearer", was released on November 13 from the Giurgiu Penitentiary, after nearly six months of preventive detention. The Court of Sector 4 decided to replace the detention with judicial control, imposing strict conditions, including a ban on participating in public gatherings and the obligation to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.

Avrămuță had previously been detained for violating house arrest, being accused of escape and other offenses. The court established that his release is conditional on complying with legal obligations, and any violation may lead to his return to custody. Additionally, Avrămuță cannot leave the country without the court's approval and must report to the police according to the monitoring schedule. The court's decision can be contested within 48 hours.
