The incident took place on September 12, when two drivers from Cluj got into a fight in heavy traffic, causing discomfort for other drivers. The two initially did not back down, but gave up the conflict after others started honking. The police in Cluj-Napoca took notice of the incident after images were published, initiating investigations to establish the circumstances and identify the individuals involved. Legal measures will be taken depending on the results of the investigations.
