Out of the 9,830 registered unemployed, 1,625 were receiving unemployment benefit and 8,205 were unemployed without benefit. Most of them had secondary or higher education. Also, in the first nine months of the year, 16,232 people were employed as a result of the implementation of the National Employment Program through AMOFM Bucharest.
