The Ministry of Finance has announced the completion of the analysis of the most extensive feedback collection process from taxpayers regarding ANAF services and the use of digital platforms. From March 3 to May 15, 2026, 72,566 respondents evaluated their experience with the institution. This initiative aims to improve the relationship between ANAF and taxpayers, as well as to optimize the functionalities of digital platforms. The analysis of the feedback will help identify strengths and areas that need improvement, thus contributing to increasing taxpayer satisfaction and streamlining the tax collection process. The Ministry of Finance emphasizes the importance of taxpayer involvement in this evaluation process to better respond to their needs.
The main difficulties reported by taxpayers regarding the services provided by ANAF and the Virtual Private Space (SPV) platform indicated slow or unstable operation of the tax website, technical issues in SPV, an interface perceived as difficult to use, and complicated access to some messages, according to the Ministry of Finance.
