Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu said the responsibility lies with local authorities, which must organize the relocation of the cubs. Other bears have been spotted in the area and gendarmes will intervene to ensure the safety of search teams. The incident happened after the bear attacked an Italian tourist and the authorities decided to shoot it to prevent further incidents.
