The Oradea Social Assistance Directorate has announced that, starting from Monday, it will begin distributing the necessary forms for granting financial aid intended for heating homes in the cold season 2025–2026.

Interested citizens can pick up the printed forms from the institution's headquarters, located on Primăriei Street. Submitting completed applications will be possible starting from November 3, 2025. This aid is essential for supporting families during the cold period of the year, ensuring them the necessary comfort.
