The sixth edition of the 'Open Streets – Bucharest' project opens on Saturday, offering a pedestrian experience on Calea Victoriei for 25 weekends and, for the first time, on Strada Ion Brezoianu. According to the City Hall, the program includes theater performances, dance, concerts, parades, and workshops for children, all under the theme 'The City Built Together'. The activities will encourage community participation in the transformation of Bucharest.

A participatory urbanism exhibition will be organized in Revolution Square, and Calea Victoriei will be closed to cars between Bulevardul Dacia and Splaiul Independenței, while Strada Ion Brezoianu will be closed between Lipscani and Valter Mărăcineanu. The program will take place on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and road traffic will resume at night. With over a million participants annually, this cultural project contributes to urban revitalization and supports local entrepreneurship.
