North Macedonia has launched a program to support vulnerable households by providing free inverter air conditioning units and financial assistance for electricity bills. Households with low incomes, including those that rely solely on pensions, can apply for this support, with a total budget of 2.76 million euros. The deadline for applications is October 5, 2025, for appliances and the end of August 2025 for bill assistance.
