The special administrator, Emanuel Postoaca, mentioned that Nordis has 108 apartments available and that work is underway on a potential business transfer. The insolvency house CITR conducted an analysis of the legal situation of the units, identifying 441 valid promises and 212 without object, caused by sales to third parties or repartitioning. The insolvency procedure of Nordis Management SRL was opened in October 2024, involving a large number of creditors and litigations. CITR will continue to ensure transparency and protect the rights of creditors within this complex procedure.
