Nicușor Dan explained that, at present, most of the money goes to the public debt, public transport subsidy, heating subsidy, operation of hospitals and theaters, public lighting, traffic lights, repair works on streets and bridges, road markings. He emphasized that if the City Hall had managed the entire budget of the Municipality, the amount of 1.5 billion euro for the transfer of ELCEN could have been supported.
