In a press conference, Nicușor Dan discussed the risks of Russian interference in the fall parliamentary elections, underlining the existence of a hybrid war with cyber and disinformation components. He said Romania is ready to offer technical support to Moldova, without interfering directly in the electoral process. The President confirmed his discussions with Maia Sandu about these risks, stressing the importance of the September 28 elections for the stability of the region.
