President Nicușor Dan declared that he is deeply saddened by the tragic train accident in Spain, which resulted in the loss of 39 lives. In a message posted on X, he conveyed his condolences to His Majesty the King and the Spanish people, expressing his compassion for the victims' families. Dan also wished for a full recovery for all those injured, mentioning that 123 people were injured in the collision between two high-speed trains in Andalusia, five of whom are in very serious condition.
